I love that place in Rio! I always go back and I always will! Rosi, the owner, is a woman with a great attitude and is super helpful. She makes the best dried beef with cassava and an eggplant pizza that is wonderful.
A genuine Rio de Janeiro-style bar! The food is great: the bean soup and the pumpkin soup with dried beef are wonderful! They also have very fresh pastries with delicious fillings! And the pizza, oh my goodness? The pizza is incredibly tasty!! I can't fail to mention the attentive and friendly service from the tireless Rose!! Congratulations!!
A movie-like setting, quality bar food, and first-class service. All orchestrated with mastery and care by Rose. Here you can chat, drink your ice-cold beer, enjoy the best pizza in Rio, and feel that life is good and the soul is truly Carioca (from Rio)!!
5 stars are not enough to rate this place. I would come back a thousand times. The pizzas are delicious, not expensive and made with a lot of love. Jose is adorable and charming, she made us feel better than at home. It is really worth coming to this place for dinner at least once and if possible a thousand times. Thank you very much for the two dinners you served us Jose.

Small, cosy locals bar and restaurant in the district of Santa Teresa. Excellent food, with some supurb traditional Brazilian dishes, (most of which serve two people). The pizzas are amazing - in fact the best we’ve had! Great wine and just the best Caipirinhas. Nice quiet background music, mainly jazz. No English spoken. Out of all our travels, this is one of our most favourite bars. You should really add this little bar to your list of places to visit. The trams from the city stop about 10 minutes walk away. (And there are a few good bars near the tram stop) Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.
